Special Orders: Custom or special orders may require a non-refundable deposit. Once placed, such orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may limit quantities per customer, household, or order.

Payment Terms: Full payment is due at the time of order. If any payment is rejected, reversed, or returned for insufficient funds, you remain responsible for the balance and any related fees. Returned checks may incur a fee of up to $50 or the maximum permitted by law. You agree to reimburse us for any collection costs, including attorneys’ fees.

Payment Processing Disclaimer: Payment authorization and processing are provided by third-party providers (including but not limited to Shopify, PayPal, and credit card networks). We are not responsible for delays, outages, or authorization errors caused by such third parties.

This Agreement is made and entered into in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and will be governed under its internal laws (not conflicts laws).

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products/services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under the Federal Arbitration Act.

You waive any right to a jury trial.
You waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
All claims must be brought in your individual capacity.
Arbitration shall take place in Blair County, Pennsylvania, unless otherwise agreed.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may pursue claims in small claims court within Blair County, PA.

Strikethrough Pricing Policy

Kustom King Traditional Archery strives to provide transparent pricing to our valued customers.
