Cancellation and Return Policy – Kustom King Traditional Archery

General Returns

• 30-day return period (except cut arrows).

• All returns require an RMA# (request by email: kktarchery@gmail.com).

• Customer pays return shipping and insurance.

• Orders canceled after shipping: customer pays return shipping, and original shipping is non-refundable.

• Returns after 30 days: 15% restocking fee.

• Used or missing accessories (string, strike plate, nock) will be deducted from the refund in addition to any restocking fee.

Refunds

• Processed within 10 business days after inspection.

Return Shipping & Insurance

• Customer must file claims for items damaged in transit.

• Refunds issued only after claim is paid.

• No refund on uninsured returns that arrive damaged.

Return to Sender

• “Return to Sender” packages: refund = item cost minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

Bodnik Bow Pre Orders

• Pre orders can be cancelled, but will incur a 15% restocking fee

Arrow Orders

• Cancellations - Orders for Arrows that have wraps will incur a 15% restocking fee
• Cancellations - Orders for arrows that do not have a wrap will have $0 restocking fee
• Cut arrows may be returned with a 15% restocking fee.
• Arrows with inserts installed may be returned with a 15% restocking fee
• Custom made items are Non refundable

Shrew Bows

• Returnable within 10 days.

• RMA required - email: kktarchery@gmail.com

• Customer pays return shipping and insurance.

• 4% restocking fee applies.

• Must be returned in perfect condition.

• If damaged in return shipping: customer must file claim.

• No refund for uninsured damaged returns.

Staves

• 30-day warranty if stave has not been worked or altered.

• Email kktarchery@gmail.com for returns or questions.
