RETURN POLICY

  • All products have a 15 day return period starting from the day you receive your order in the mail.
  • Please contact kktarchery@gmail.com with a return request and request a return authorization number.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping and shipping insurance.
  • Original Shipping is NOT refunded

SHIPPING INSURANCE POLICY FOR RETURNS

  • If returned items are damaged customer will be responsible for claim
  • Refund will be complete when once the insurance claim is paid in full
  • If no insurance is purchased and the item(s) are damaged, there will be no refund.
  • Original shipping will not be refunded

SHREW BOWS RETURN POLICY

  • All SHREW BOWS have a 10 day return period starting from the day you receive your order in the mail.
  • Please contact kktarchery@gmail.com with a return request and request a return authorization number.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping and shipping insurance.
  • Customer is responsible for a 4% restocking fee
  • Bow must be in perfect condition
  • If returned items are damaged, the customer will be responsible for claims with the shipper.
